You change grip halfway when you do this exercise. It makes a difference!

Thank you! I sort of assumed that was the case, but wanted to be sure. Does that mean each workout set will have a total rep range of 10-14 (for the first two) and 16-20 (for the final ones)?

Not sure how someone would change grip in a Svend press, since it's both hands pressing inward with the same force at the same time. But it's something I will try. :)
