Vacation days for others means visits for me, and problems with sticking to my schedule for training.
Fire heart day 5 3 sets.
Zen day 4 10 minutes of meditation. I find that I have missed my daily meditation, I guess this will be the motivation I needed for taking up the habit again
Yesterday was a no workout day, just to busy. Perhaps the rest day was good for me, because today I felt much better

Zen day 3: I gave up halfway. My muscles can't take it.

I was sore today, not surprised since I haven't trained for months😅 I really think I'll be having the problem of trying to do more. I know I should ease in to this, but in my mind I know what I should be able to do.

Today started
FIRE HEART day 1: 3 sets. I felt my muscles didn't like me doing squats so I kept it light.
ZEN & MEDITATION: day 1
Two meals per day usually. Plus coffee with heavy cream. A lot of eggs and fatty meat with some vegetables. I'm now about 80% carnivore. If you count in dairy (cream and butter)
I'm still doing keto for pain management.
