    thanks for answering. noted i'm 3 days in and was doing it the other way around - 4 exercises with 30 seconds rest between them

    https://darebee.com/programs/gauntlet-program.html "rest 30 seconds between sets, 2 minutes after each exercise" so for example day 1, should i do 4 sets of squats in a row with 30 seconds rest between them, then rest 2 minutes and start doing reverse lunges?
