    8 Weeks to 5K - Day 13

    Same with Day 27,41 and 55. Labeled side-to-side but illustration shows normal lunges Days 6,20,34 and 48 match description and illustration. Again this is minor/trivial but my OCD requires me to point it out :) I guess on the days that are inconsistent I'll just do both types.

    It could be done later the same day, but for maximum benefit it is probably best to treat it as another round of sets to be done immediately following part 1. I think workouts or programs designed with a longer break between parts usually specifically say that.
