Thank you. It's not a very good day, so I'm keeping my energy to do stuff in the house. I can go to the gym next week.

Today :

I'm "choosing" ribbon as weapon for Hero's Journey. I put it in quotes, because well, it's the only one I can realistically do so it's not like I can choose another (I have no space, so no jump rope for example, and I already do weights at the gym so I don't want to add weights in the program with the hammer). Anyway it's not like I don't want to do it, it's just. Restricted choices for me X) Anyway it's a lot of kicks so it'll make me work my legs (which I don't do at the gym, because they're already way stronger than my upper body so for now my upper body is my priority).

Anyway, Hero's Journey Day 3

Ribbon practice with Body Armor (1kg, ankles) (I don't have weights for the wrists, I may buy some soon, but I'm still counting the Armor points)

Total : 500 points

Thanks for all the hugs. Better day today. I bought travel tickets to go live at my friends' in pretty much the middle of nowhere on the other side of France the for a month again, mid/end January to mid/end February. So I'm looking forwards to that.

It'll be very cold though....

Shoulder press, 9kg.
Biceps curls, 18kg.
Chest press, 18kg.
Triceps pressdown, 18kg.

Ok I'll try to be more regular again. Unless I don't sleep, I don't know.

Today :

Hero's Journey - Day 7
I don't do plank jump-ins, I replaced them by jumping jacks.
Level 2.

Total : 1400 points.

I also downloaded the Fit tap darebee app (a while ago actually). I'll update how many exercises of the app I did per day, if any. (If I tap and there is an exercise I can't / won't do, I'll tap again to get another, the number of taps below is the number of exercises I did though).
Taps today : 2

Just making a note here that I think I'll avoid the gym in January. I'm supposed to take a plane and all on the 19th, and January is a busy month at the gym, I want to limit to the maximum my risks of catching Covid again, and have to cancel my trip. So it's just gonna be Hero's Journey and Fit Taps for now at least. :vsad:

Went to the doctor today, I have to book appointments with two specialists (not for anything urgent) and I called both, but failure on both counts in actually reaching a human and not just a waiting music lol. I'll re-try tomorrow for one, and thursday for the other which is closed on wednesday.

It DID take a lot of energy out of my day though. But well. I'm moving forwards with health stuff I was supposed to have taken care of months ago, hopefully. (I'm always wary of going to the doctor because I'm fat and I don't want to get a lecture about it. Yes I tried diets, it's not the problem I'm coming for, can we focus. Anyway I'm not getting into all that here.)

Today :

Hero's Journey - Day 11
Level 2
Total : 2250 points

No Fit Taps yesterday after all (I was anxious about going out today) or today (I went out).

@Froud Yeah. I got one of the two today and I got an appointment for the 18th! Just the day before I take the plane for the other side of France (I did ask them if it was fine to take the plane the day after). Gonna get my lungs looked at.
The other one is closed today so I'll call tomorrow.

Gonna update with the workouts later.

Also I may not update tomorrow since I'm taking my cat to the vet (should be routine. they're gonna clean her teeth and probably take some blood to check everything's fine since she's eight now, getting into her "senior" years). But since there's anaesthesia I have to take her early in the morning, and I have insomnia so I take a LOT of time to fall asleep at night, sometimes until morning, and I can't get up before 11 or 12. Tomorrow I have to get up at 7:30 and stressing about having to get up is an aggravating factor of my insomnia, soooo yea I probably won't sleep at all, so won't exercise.

Yeah, turns out the blood check showed that my cat has renal disease. Not advanced, beginning, but we don't know yet how it's gonna evolve.
She's only eight, they're not supposed to have renal problems until they're at least ten or twelve, it's not fair.

Maybe I'll exercise tomorrow because I can't do anything about it anyway (I'm incorporating food for renal problems into her diet and we'll check in a month and we'll have a better idea of how it progresses) but I don't know.

Thanks. I'd like to clarify that she shows no symptoms (well she drinks and pees a lot and it's probably related, but she has done that for a long time? She has always drank a lot at least) and she feels well, and the probable thing is that she'll be well for years still. But well the probable thing is that a cat doesn't get renal problems at age eight (or before, since she just turned eight and it hasn't started yesterday), and she has, so.

Thank you.

I'm at some friends on the other side of France for a month, so the home problems will not be my problems for a month.

I just arrived tonight but I hope to come back with workouts done tomorrow!
