Thank you for the congratulations, everyone! Once again, I'm behind on my log after a few weeks of not really visiting the Hive.

Afternoon:
:v: 30 minute walk outside

Notes:
Lateral raises, bent-over lateral raises, chest fly: 4 sets 10 with 2.5 lb waterbottles
Chest press: 4 sets of 10 with 8 lb dumbbells

Reverse lunges: 4 sets of 12, 10 lb kettlebell
Squats: 4 sets of 12, 10 lb kettlebell
Calf raises: 4 sets of 12, 8 lb dumbells
Deadlifts: 4 sets of 10, 20 lb kettlebell

:v: 2 hours walking outside at wild animal sanctuary

Afternoon:
:v: 45 minutes walking outside at wild animal sanctuary

Today two of my friends and I went to a wild animal sanctuary northeast of Denver. We saw lions, tigers, bears (oh my!), bobcats, caracals (a type of wild cat), coyotes, foxes, and wolves. The sanctuary rescues wild animals that were once kept as exotic pets or were in bad conditions at roadside zoos/attractions. They are also housing 9 lions that were evacuated last year from a zoo in Ukraine.
