I took a month off from the gym and I'm starting back up today. I went from 5 days a week to none and I know it's going to be a bit of a slog to get back to where I was. I wish taking a break wasn't so demoralizing, even though it was truly what was needed. Here's hoping my flexibility hasn't suffered too much.

Guys, can anyone tell me how to tell the difference between necessary rest and weakness? I often force myself to go to workouts lately, maybe that's not the right thing to do?
