"On the Run!"
It was quite a week. Bouldering two times, running two times with over 20km in total, a lot of family time. But I gained weight, despite the fact I restarted a intermittent fasting routine again. Maybe (easter) sweets and cake played a significant role, too :imp:. I hope it leads to a different direction once I am used to it again. I am going to extend the fasting time 1h per week, so this week it's going to be 15:9.

Today I build a "guitar wall" in my basement office/music room . It is build out of the wood of a dinner table. In fact, it was the dinner table the litte "hellyeah" sat on since the 80s. It used to be varnished, now it is flamed oak.

{running} I wasn’t rested well, so my legs got sore pretty quickly. I took a walking rest of 10 min after 20 of running and 5 minutes after another 12min of running. Finished with running. I somehow thought my long run was on Saturday not on Sunday, well,
that and an intense bouldering session yesterday explains the soreness, stupid me... 🙈

It wasn't a pleasant day, cause I had to be careful with every move. But now, in the evening it is noticeably better. Glad it's not a wrist injury.
