Oh honey, I agree with Lion... Coming from someone who wants to lose weight and is working out to do so, you're going to end up hurting yourself if you start off with power cardio. The determination is great, don't get me wrong, don't lose that! But please consider your health for now. There are plenty of beginner workouts that'll get you on the right path, I promise!

First of all, if I am not mistaken, the 75 hard challenge is about one cardio workout and one strength workout. These are full cardio. So I would really suggest incorporating a strength plan.

Secondly, I admire your will to go for an advanced-level workout, but please consider the fact that if you are a beginner, you need to be extra careful, plus you might not be able to go through the workout as it is designed to be completed. Instead, building yourself from your current level UP would be way more effective. So think about that as well.

So... Yeah. Again, I do admire your determination. I get it! I'm 5'1" and 200 pounds, I wanna change that! But you're not gonna change much if you just do the hardest thing first... Like sure it might be possible but I cannot, and will not, in good conscience, tell you to do it. What'll you do if you get an injury? You'll end up getting extremely discouraged or worse.

Exercising is excellent to gain strength, endurance and lots of beneficial stuff like help mental health and stuff. But training above your level won't achieve that because you risk not finishing the programs and dropping the whole stuff. No matter how hard you train, you won't lose weight faster anyway.... It's the calorie deficit that will achieve that.
I would suggest doing the fitness test https://darebee.com/fitness-test.html and then going to what it indicates for level of training. They don't look it, but darebee workout and programs are challenging, and the ones suggested above are really good !
Good luck on your journey to fitness !

Cardio Trim is a perfectly balanced program for cardio and strength. You could do part 1 in the morning and part 2 in the afternoon. Also, consider Cardio Trim Run since you want to focus on burning fat. Running is perfect for that.

Also, about the second part of your question, no matter how many ab workouts you do, they won't show up if you have a high body fat %. You will make them stronger, YES. But you'll have to decrease body fat in order to make them "visible".

No. If you look at the program, you'll see that part 1 is cardio-related and part 2 is strength-related. You could do the cardio part in the morning and the strength part in the afternoon. Basically, I meant that instead of doing the Cardio Trim program, which is focused on home-based cardio, you could do the Cardio Trim Run program, which focuses on running. However, you could also do what you just said in order to build up your fitness level, doing the Cardio Trim first, and then the Cardio Trim Run.

Hey bud, we aren’t wasting our time. You asked us for help, and we’re giving it to you, yeah? Helping someone is never a waste. Please don’t view yourself so negatively, you are not a person who we are “wasting” anything on.

I think you need a better mindset with this, and trust me I know this personally! You should do this because you love yourself as you are, and want to do better, not because you think you’re a waste. If you view yourself as a waste, you’ll get into really bad habits. Trust me, I’ve been there!

Be kinder to yourself, dear. We can help you.
