    I disagree. :p ;) I used to do that when I was a teenager and everyone around me told me that it is a sign that I don't sleep enough. I started sleeping 9 hours a day and it didn't happen again. Maybe your body needs some more sleep & recovery? :)

    Sorry for the late reply. I tried several brands and powders. The only one that "worked" for me was pea protein powder. My favorite of those had no real brand. It had no taste whatsoever, and no additives.

    That is definitely not healthy, can you speak to a doctor about it? (I can think of half a dozen "causes", most are benign, some not so much). If not, I would suggest to take the intensity down and take more rests in between sets. I think it is better to do the "volume" and take as many breaks...
