    Day 78/100 - slowly getting back in the groove! Done DD (60 back leg raises) with EC! O ya! Done the monthly challenge - 22 calf raises - 12 count hold - 3 sets Done day 11 of 1 min HIIT - I've been stuck in the mud with this one for some time. I have time so will move onto day 12. O ya!
