  1. New Workout Difficulty

Just out of curiosity, is it still the plan to update the Darebee programs to accommodate the updated exercise standards, as with the workouts? I can imagine this would be a significantly trickier task, given all the variation built into specific programs. Anyways, just wondering if there were...
  2. Push Pull Legs program

I suppose that makes sense. I didn't have a bench when I did the program, so I just did the standard version. I mean, really, it's all up to you anyways ;)
  3. Deep dips - yes/no ?

Thanks for this answer, Damer! It really makes sense, and offers a good caution against a "gotta go all the way" impulse I can tap into with my workouts sometime. Just anecdotally of course, I always feel a good muscle activation in my lower pecs whenever I go even slightly "deep" on the bench...
  4. Deep dips - yes/no ?

Just to clarify, bulatka and Damer, are you referring to dips performed on parallel bars or with one's palms against given surface behind the back (like in most Darebee dip illustrations)? Is there a difference in the (dis)advantages of deep dips depending on the exercise variation?
  5. Push Pull Legs program

Yeah that's right. It's just exactly what it says on the page, you just change grip.
  6. Push Pull Legs program

Yep, so for Day 5 of PPL, for example, you'd do 10-14 total reps per set for the svend press, twists, and tricep extensions.
  7. Push Pull Legs program

It refers to grip change, between which hand you place over the other. I agree it isn't apparent from the instructions and drawing. I just remember an old thread that clarified it when I was doing the program.
  8. New Workout Difficulty

I'd like to echo these sentiments. The Darebee team is of course acting in the best interest of its community, but the new filtration feels like a misstep to me. It seems like sheer volume, a key contributing factor to Sundance's "intensity" should qualify a given workout for a higher level...
  9. Push Pull Legs day 5

Thank you! I sort of assumed that was the case, but wanted to be sure. Does that mean each workout set will have a total rep range of 10-14 (for the first two) and 16-20 (for the final ones)?
  10. Push Pull Legs day 5

Thanks for asking this question. I was just wondering about it myself! The same issue seems to apply to Day 17 with the first two exercises. Love the program so far.
  11. Marathon & Half Marathon Programs

I couldn't agree with dontmindlosing more! Incredible dedication from the Darebee team. Can't wait to see the next 10 years of the site's development. Thank you so much for all you do!!
  12. Marathon & Half Marathon Programs

I notice a lot of other old running challenges are "missing" too (20x3, 20x5, Roadwork, Dash, etc.,). Are these undergoing similar renovation treatments, or simply pulled out of usage?
