    :v: 24th Oct. (Monday) Okay, I decided to go from 10 sets × x reps to 5 sets × x reps today, just so I can increase the rep per rep fatigue and up the suck factor :D . And so I did 23 pull ups and 26 dips in total, also managed 45 hanging leg raises. :worried:
