    Vacation days for others means visits for me, and problems with sticking to my schedule for training. Fire heart day 5 3 sets. Zen day 4 10 minutes of meditation. I find that I have missed my daily meditation, I guess this will be the motivation I needed for taking up the habit again

    Yesterday was a no workout day, just to busy. Perhaps the rest day was good for me, because today I felt much better Fire heart day 4 3 sets. I'm still doing it slow and steady. Zen day 3 I finished it without a problem today.

    Fire heart day 3 3 sets. Well this wasn't fun, I was ready to give up at the third set. Where did my stamina go?! Zen day 3: I gave up halfway. My muscles can't take it.

    How often do you eat?

    Two meals per day usually. Plus coffee with heavy cream. A lot of eggs and fatty meat with some vegetables. I'm now about 80% carnivore. If you count in dairy (cream and butter) I'm still doing keto for pain management.
