went climbing today!!
since the climbing gym is the only place i have access to a pull-up bar, i attempted to utilize it by following this workout:
i probably won't be climbing until november, so in the meantime, i'm going to start the abs of steel challenge from day 17. then i want to complete the hero's journey program throughout november and december.
