1 Year of Regular Exercise (Re-do)

Hey guys, I'm really sorry; I dropped my phone last week and I've gone through hell getting a replacement.

I should come here to update but it wasn't on my mind at the time.

Another problem: my knee started to hurt slighty when doing lunges and squats.

Called my doctor for diagnosis and basically its early signs of tendinitis (basically inflammation of a tendon, most commonly from overuse) and told me to relax for 6 weeks At least when doing leg workouts.

So, I say all this to say I'll be taking a break for now.

I just want to take time to treat my knee (massages, strengthening the muscles around my knee like the quads and hamstrings, ice packs, etc.)

Also, to sort other things out in my life like financies and career stuff that's been bothering me lately.

My apologies for everyone that's been rooting for me and waiting to see me through to the end.
