Im planning on starting the 1st pushup up collection but Im a little confused. There are 15 workout pages in the collection. Am I supposed to do all 15 or am I supposed to pick on from each muscle group and go ham?
With enough time and effort any one of the 15 workouts will get you to your first push up, but variety is the spice of life so you can switch workouts from day to day, so it doesn't get repetitive and dull.
