February 21st:
Wake Up! Mobility with EC (done early)
Wake Up! Energised with EC (30 reps)
Morning Stretching with EC (done early)
3-Minute HIIT day 21 (jumping jacks)
Push-Up Streak day 22 (75 incline push-ups in three sets)
Unbound day 22 + day 24 (accidentally)
Mobility Matrix with EC (kept balance)
~20min on treadmill (~2 km) - discounting the warm-up & cool-down walking, I managed to run 2km almost non-stop, with only 1min break in the middle. My left hip hurt right after, but in an hour or so it felt fine. I'm not sure if 5km will be an achievable distance for me, even after a month of training... It definitely isn't achievable right now, not if I want to keep my joints intact. And the decision about participating needs to be made soon, before all the spots are taken... I think I'll train for a week and see how it goes.
