Notes: After work was pre-vacation so I put my pajamas on, watched The Amazing Race and read.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: 15-Minute Morning Tai Chi Flow | Gentle Energy Boost & Stress Relief: Nice way to start off vacation.
2. YWA: 10 Minute Full Body Stretch: For some reason, puppy pose feels uncomfortable in my shoulders.
3. WOTD (11/21): Iron Core: 1 set. Ugh.
4. EOTD: 30 Knee-to-Elbow: In one go.
5. Recovery Day 5: Stretching.
6. WOTD: Rest & Rec Workout: More stretching.
7. 5 mile walk: Cool and sunny weather makes for a fast walk.

Notes: A nice Day 1 even though we had to do laundry.

2. BYNM: Calming Yoga | Ease Anger, Stress, & Anxiety | 10 Minutes: Very relaxing.
3. EOTD: 10 Balance Side Lunges: In one go. I needed extra toe taps.
4. Recovery Day 6 (Box Breathing).
5. Shadow Steps Workout: 1 set. I planned to do more but never did.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Tai Chi Routine for Beginners (Follow Along): Crappy video quality but nice session.
2. WOTD: (11/23) Core Armor Workout: 1 set. I didn't feel like doing this yesterday.
3. EOTD: 20 V-Extensions: In one go. Nice stretching.
4. Recovery Day 7: Light cardio. 3 sets, no rest.
5. WOTD: I Am My Own Hero Workout: 1 set.
6. KP: DANCE WORKOUT TO "BORN THIS WAY" By Lady Gaga: I was a mess with this one but I did like the music.
7. HR: Total Body // HIIT BOOTCAMP Workout: Bootcamp means business. Tough but good workout. I needed modifications.
8. BYNM: Day 5: Throat Chakra (Vishudda) | The Chakra Reset Series.
9. Total outside walking = 5 miles

1. EOTD: 40 Elbow Clicks: In one go.
2. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Quick Tai Chi Workout: Core Strength and Balance in 10 Minutes: As advertised. Quick and Balance focused…which I need.
3. Boxing: 20 minutes of kickboxing on the heavy bag + speedbag work. First morning (although late morning) boxing workout I’ve done in a long time. I went all in.
4. Recovery Day 8 (Yoga)
5. WOTD: Biomancer Workout: 2 sets, no rest.
6. BYNM: Yoga Flow for Busy People | Quick & Energizing | 10 Minutes
7. Total outside walking = 5 miles.

Notes: A mild headache during the day led into the migraine late in the evening…needed anti-nausea meds.

Notes: A planned PJ Day for Thanksgiving. I watched football and ate good food.
Notes: Migraine moved from pain to mostly just pressure. Tomorrow should be the last day.

2. BYNM: Heart‐Opening Yoga for Gratitude & Grace | 15 Min | Cultivate Thankfulness & Open Your Heart Chakra: I had trouble with one of the flows.
3. EOTD (11/26): 30 Prone Reverse Fly: In one go.
4. Recovery Day 9 (Stretching): Done
5. 4 mile walk outside: Cold and difficult.

Notes: I felt like crap because of the COVID vaccine.

2. YWB: 10 min Morning Yoga Stretch: Very pleasant.
3. WOTD: (11/26): Hero's Call: 1 set. Took this one very slowly.
4. EOTD: (11/27) 30 Squats: In one go.
5. Recovery Day 10 (Box Breathing): Done.
6. WOTD: (11/27) Sprinter Workout: One set. This would be fun in different circumstances.
7. EOTD: (11/28) 20 Lunge Punches: In one go.
8. Recovery Day 11 (Light Cardio) No rest.
9. WOTD (11/28): Stakeout Workout. I had issues with the balance poses.
10. WOTD (11/28): Stakeout Workout. I had issues with the balance poses.
11. EOTD: (11/29): 5+ Plank Walk-outs. Just 5 , in one go.
12. Recovery Day 12: (Yoga): Nice.
13. WOTD (11/29): Battleborn Workout: 1 set. Heavily modified jumping lunges. 5 knee push-ups.
14. EOTD: 40 Knee Strikes. In one go, not done on bag.
15. Recovery Day 13 (Stretching): Struggled with balance, had to pee.
16. WOTD: Halo Workout (Yoga): I had to modify boat pose so my boat didn't sink.

Notes: I didn’t feel 100% but I was able to catch up on all my Darebee stuff.

3. Fit December Day 1: No rest in between sets.
4. WOTD: Bright & Beautiful Workout: 1 set. Interesting workout. I wish I had time to do more sets.
5. RTTR: 18 MINS 80s DANCE WORKOUT with MOM • Patreon Fan Favorites #6 • Walking Workout # 107 • Ver. 2: This would've been fun if I was in better mood.
6. HR: Back Fat Blaster!!! // Upper Body Workout with Weights: Really good workout but I needed modifications.
7. BYNM: Day 6: Third Eye (Ajna) | The Chakra Reset Series: Interesting session that also needed modifications.
8. Total walking = 4 miles (1 treadmill, 3 outside). Too cold for the outdoor morning walks.

Notes: Back to work.

6. HR: Lean Day 7: 30 min Arm Sculpt: Great workout and I only needed 1 modification.
7. BYNM: Day 7: Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) | The Chakra Reset Series: I did need a few modifications on this one. Series Complete.

Notes: Meetings and winter has arrived.

4. RTTR: 1 MILE WALK • 15 MIN FAST WALKING WORKOUT • Keoni Tamayo • Workout #236: Done twice (not in a row). Too cold to walk outside and this was more fun than the treadmill.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Improve Your Balance and Stability with this 15 Minute Tai Chi for Balance Routine: This was nice but I felt a tweak in my left shoulder...probably a sleep injury.
2. YWB: 10 Min Yoga Stretch for TENSION RELIEF: I felt the same shoulder pain as I did during Tai Chi.
3. WOTD (12/5): Man Down Workout: No rest.
4. EOTD: 50 Clench/Unclench: In one go.
5. Fit December Day 6: No rest. Reverse lunges were brutal.
6. 5 mile walk outside: Sometimes, this was hard.

2. YWB: 10 Minute Yoga Stretch for Full Body Tension Relief: Similar to yesterday's session which was fine.
3. WOTD (12/6): This Princess Doesn't Cry Workout: 1 set.
4. EOTD: 30 Side Bends. In one go
5. Fit December Day 7: No rest.
6. WOTD: Undone Workout: I had to watch the video.

Notes: Pajama Football Sunday. I actually stayed awake.

3. WOTD: Can't Touch This Workout: 1 set. I wish I had time to do more.
4. Fitness Heroes: 10 MIN DIET DANCE CARDIO WORKOUT 🔥 CALORIE BURNING 🔥 | ALL STANDING | FH#117: I *think* I got most of the moves correct.
5. Lean Day 8: 30 min Thigh & Booty Camp: Good workout but I did not use ankle weights.
6. BYNM: Everyday Yoga for Flexibility | Improve Mobility in 15 Minutes: A little more active but a good session nonetheless.
Total outside walking = 4 miles.

2. WOTD (12/9): Super Switch Workout: 1 set. I could only do 2 regular push-ups. The rest of them were knee push-ups. 😿
3. Fit December Day 10: No rest.
4. Ornament: 50 step jacks. Total Jacks = 50/2000.
5. FH: 10 min HIIT Cardio Workout to Burn Fat | FH#123: This was intense and I could quite keep up with all of it.
6. Lean Day 9: 30 min Core & Cardio AMRAP: This was a really tough workout.
7. BYNM: Luteal Phase Yoga | Nourish & Calm | Menstrual Cycle Series | 20 Minutes: I'm not dealing with a cycle anymore but I like her series.
8. Total outside walking = 5 miles.

Notes: A better day butva really tough workout.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: 15-Min Gentle Tai Chi - Full Body Stretch to Awaken Energy and Calm the Mind: Great way to start off vacation.
2. EOTD: 50 Shoulder Taps: In one go.
3. Fit December Day 12: No rest. I could feel it in my hips.
4. RTTR: 10 MIN WALK HIIT • 1500 Steps • Beginner Friendly • Keoni Tamayo • Workout #218: Did low impact but it was still a good warm-up.
5. Lean Day 10: 30 min Full Body Strength: This was hard but not as hard as Wednesday's workout.
6. BYNM: Menstrual Phase Yoga | Embrace Rest & Renewal | Menstrual Cycle Series | 20 Minutes: Really nice
7. Ornament: Step Jacks = 350. Total Jacks = 700/2000
8. Total outside walking = 5 miles.

Notes: Nice Day 1 of vacation.

2. BYNM: Yoga to Unwind A Tense Back | 10 Minutes: Gentle and it stretched out my back.
3. WOTD (12/12): Harmony Workout: One minute seemed like a long time for some of the poses.
4. Fit December Day 13: No rest.
5. Ornament: Step Jacks = 200, 50 Squat Jacks, 100 Side Jacks. Total Jacks = 1050/2000.
6. Walk: 5 mile walk outside.

Notes: Excellent food today. We did laundry after dinner.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Tai Chi for Golfers - Improve Rotation, Balance & Breath - 20 min Flow: Nice, longer flow, even if I don't golf.
2. YWB: 5 Min Yoga Back Stretch for Tension Relief - 6 Movements of the Spine: Quick and gentle.
3. 2.5 mile walk outside: Too windy to do the second 2.5 miles.

Notes: Since I’m an expert procrastinator (it’s good to be an expert at something), this was the only exercise I had time to do.

2. YWK: 10 min Yoga for Beginners - Gentle, Safe & Easy Yoga Stretch: It's nice to have someone talk you through the stretches sometimes.
3. Total outside walking = 3 miles.

Notes: Hair appointment and a lot of last minute packing. I said out loud that I am never doing this to myself again.

In the past i spent a protion of christmas night packing, even all the night once. It sucks, i am with you, you can succeed and next year you will do it sooner :LOL:. Have happy holidays

1. KP: Easy To Follow 1,000 Steps Walking Workout! (Low Impact Workout: I was tired but I could still keep up.
2. Week 7 Day 4 // Intense Total Body TABATA Workout: This was tough and I needed caffeine. Multiple modifications were needed.
3. WOTD (12/14): Glow Workout: My wrists hurt.
4. EOTD (12/15): 10 Side-to-Side Lunges with Toe Point: In one go.
5. Fit December Day 15: No rest.

Notes: This is first time we’ve been out here for Christmas since 2019. So much has changed for all of us. But I am grateful to be able to spend time with my parents and my husband. I started getting caught up on Darebee.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Tai Chi for Seniors (50+): Boost Balance & Harmony! 15-min Flow: I don't consider myself a senior. This one was nice.
2. BYNM: Day 2: Let It Go (Emotional Release, Hip-Opening) | Gimme Five Challenge: 5 Minutes, 7 Days: The stretches felt good on my back.
3. WOTD (12/16): 1 set. Knee push-ups and wall tricep push-ups.
4. WOTD (12/15): 1 set. Plank Rotations. 😾
5. EOTD (12/16): 50 High Knees: In one go.
6. Fit December Day 16: No rest. Ugh. Tendon work.
7. EOTD (12/17): 40 Balance Low Turning Kicks. In one go. No balancing here.
8. Fit December Day 17: No rest.

Notes: Pajama (my mom and I only) Football Sunday. I watched football with my parents, ate snacks and did a lot of Darebee catch up.

2. Brutal Booty + Leg Slimming Workout! // No Equipment + No Repeats: I agree...this was brutal.
3. BYNM: Day 3 : Release Tension (Neck & Shoulder Release) | Gimme lFive Challenge: 5 Minutes, 7 Days: I love these quick Yoga sessions.
4. WOTD (12/17): Breaking the Shell Workout: 1 set, low impact burpees.
5. EOTD (12/18): 30 Climbers. In one go.
6. WOTD (12/18): Rocking Around Workout: 1 set.
7. Fit December Day: 18 No rest. The reverse lunges felt hard.
8. EOTD (12/19): 20 Shoulder Taps. In one go.
9. EOTD (12/20): 20 Split Jacks: In one go.
10. EOTD (12/21): 5 Jump Squats: In one go.
11. EOTD (12/22): 5+ Burpees. I did 5 in one go but without push-ups.

14. WOTD: (12/20): My Happy Place. I was unable to do the meditation.

Notes: Scott and I went for a walk. I got mostly caught up on Darebee and my mom made pasta for dinner.

1. RTTR: 20 MIN DANCE CHRISTMAS WORKOUT with MOM • Keoni Tamayo • Workout #202: I couldn’t really get these steps.
2. Rachel's Fit Pilates Workout-Beginner & Travel Friendly 🌴: Only slight modifications were needed.
3. BYNM: Day 4: Ease The Ache (Back Pain Relief) | Gimme Five Challenge: 5 Minutes, 7 Days: This felt nice.
4. 2 mile walk outside.
5. Fit December Day 21: No rest. I should've done this in the basement.
6. Fit December Day 22: No rest. I liked this one.
7. Fit December Day 23: No rest.

Notes: My dad did not feel well, I got caught up Darebee and we did carry in for dinner.

1. HR: Low Impact FULL BODY HIIT // Workout with Weights: This one was tough but I only needed one minor modification.
2. BYNM: Day 5: Clear Your Head (Mindfulness) | Gimme Five Challenge: 5 Minutes, 7 Days: I love these sessions.
3. 2 mile walk outside: I caught my toe on an uneven sidewalk and literally fell on my face. My sunglasses are ruined. 😿.
4. EOTD: 30 seconds Wall Sit: In one go.
5. Fit December Day 24: No rest. I find it difficult to hop on one foot.
6. WOTD: Full Charge Workout. Nice yoga. 💗

Notes: My mom made our traditional holiday dinner for the 4 of us. YUM!

Notes: Not the worst Christmas but definitely not the best. At least the food was good and it was nice to see my extended family.
