I’m turning 69 in January. I walk 5-6 miles a day 4-5 days a week. That is about all that I consistently do. I need a much more well rounded workout plan for my age. I’m 5”10 with weight that lives between 195 and 205 lbs.

Perhaps you could start with Arms of Steel and see how that goes?

I like this youtube channel to get ideas or equivalent exercises if you pick a Darebee challenge or program that contains an exercise that is a bit too hard to begin with (he offers a lot of alternatives): Will Harlow – Over-Fifties Specialist Physio

He has this video about this topic which may interest you, I'm not even over 50 and I absolutely love his content!!
Why Walking Is NOT Enough After 60 (& What to Do Instead)

I would also recommend walking with a weighted vest. Start with a low weight - empty vest to get used to it, add 1-2 lbs, add 1 lbs per week... and ramp it up, 10 to20 lbs ought to extract extra perks from your 5-6 mile walks! A backpack can do the trick, as long as it has the strap to secure it around the hips and torso to distribute the weight correctly. I carry around dumbbells in a backpack... Could do the same with filled water bottles or other heavy objects that fit in there.
