5. Exercise of the Day: 2 minutes shoulder taps
6. 6 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 44 minutes.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.5. This was decent today. My foot felt normal until I caught it on a kick.
❤️YWB: Rating = 9.0
❤️EAC: Rating = 9.0
❤️EotD: Rating = 5.0. I did this continuously with march steps but had to break form several times. It was torture.
❤️Walk: Cold, breezy and gloomy

Notes: I was tired. I need to start going to bed earlier. I did finish my book tonight and I really liked it.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.0. Good combos but my foot had some issues and I only did 1 set on the speed bag because it too soft
❤️YWB: Rating = 9.0
❤️EAC: Rating = 9.5
❤️EotD: Rating = 9.0. This went amazingly well. I only broke the hold once on the first side in the very beginning.
❤️Walk: Warmer but breezy.
❤️MMP: Rating = 8.5. This was a good session...but not chill.
❤️Unbound: Rating = 7.5. I can't get into pose 2 correctly. Plus, my foot felt a little twingy.

Notes: Unless I’m sick, I’m always sad to see the weekend end. I did start a new book (yay) even though I was still journaling about the one I finished on Saturday. Our walk was super fast because we did not want to get caught in the cold front that was headed our way.

❤️EOTD: Rating = 7.5. I am not sure if I did these correctly.
❤️Unbound: Rating = 8.0. This was ok. My hands felt a little tingly sometimes.
❤️Vitality: Rating = 7.5. I kept my feet moving. Ugh...shoulder taps.
❤️WotD️: Rating = 9.0
❤️FH: Rating = 9.0. Three dudes, each one led a different dance. I did ok on the first 2. I didn't know WTF I was doing on the last one. It was still fun.
❤️HR: Rating = 7.5. Another hard (but good workout). Modifications required.
❤️BLY: Rating = 9.0. This was awesome. Even with downward dog. 💖

Notes: Mondays…today’s Monday featured an extra meeting and cold and breezy weather. At least it was sunny but I am looking forward to spring. I couldn’t wait to go to bed tonight.

❤️EAC: Rating = 9.0. I felt that last set.
❤️EotD: Rating= 8.0. I don't like jumping lunges but breaking them up into 3 sets of 10 wasn't so bad.
❤️Unbound: Rating = 7.5. Struggled with balance on poses 1 and 2. I enjoyed child's pose though.
❤️Vitality Day 27: Rating = 9.5.
❤️Vitality Day 28: Rating = 9.0. I could feel this in my hips.
❤️GFWR: Rating = 8.5. Fun but sometimes I had to make up my own steps.😹
❤️HR: Rating = 6.5. I had a really hard time with this one.
❤️Walk: Cloudy and cold but at least not windy. There was something not quite right about my back.
❤️BLY: Rating = 8.5. I liked this one. I did feel better than before I started.
Notes: I was really busy at work today. At least I had a really good (but surprise) meeting with my boss during breakfast. And speaking of meals, after dinner had a wave of tiredness run over me.

❤️EotD: Rating = 8.0. This was hard but only the last 10 seconds were torture.
❤️Unbound: Rating = 9.0
❤️Vitality Day 29: Rating = 7.0. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch.
❤️Vitality Day 30: Rating = 9.5. A nice way to end this program for the second time.
❤️CA: Rating = 7.5. This was brutal. I needed modifications.
❤️YWB: Rating = 9.0
Notes: The sun was shining and it was warmer but windy. I finished Vitality again This concludes my redo of level 1 programs. In other news, I don’t think Scott is going on be able to do boxing anymore. More arm (nerve) pain today. Ugh.

❤️EAC: Rating = 8.0. Really feeling it and I am only on day 10.
❤️EotD: Rating = 6.0. This was torture. I had to pace. I didn’t break form.
❤️Unbound: Rating = 7.5. 2 minute arm circles..ouch. The rest was ok.

Notes: Another weird day…work…family health…neighbors…

5. 6 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 43 minutes.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 7.5. A decent workout but my left round kicks were weak and the speedbag was too soft (got 1 set in).
❤️YWB: Rating = 8.0. Really relaxing today but my lower back felt stiff on the twists.

Notes: Warm, windy and sunny. Nice spring weather for our walk. Saturday foods were all yummy. Finished a book and started another. I really did mean to but I just couldn’t help myself. We went to bed earlier than usual because it was really later.

❤️Foundation: Rating = 9.5. Nice way to kick off my redo of Foundation.

Notes: Almost 20° cooler today. Ugh. Boxing was better than yesterday and now I am reading a book I can’t put down.

❤️EAC: Rating = 9.5.
❤️EotD: Rating = 8.0. This went better than I thought...although I had to modify on and off with my hands behind my thighs.
❤️Unbound: Rating = 8.0. I had a balance issue with the quad stretch.
❤️Foundation: Rating = 9.0
❤️HR: Rating = 8.5. No modifications needed. I used really light weights though.
❤️BLY: Rating = 8.0. Interesting session. A lot of eagle arms.

Notes: Today was ok. My workout went well. I finished my book. It was good but wow. We get 2 days of spring then winter returns.

❤️EAC: Rating = 8.5.
❤️YWB: Rating = 8.0. Quick with some balancing thing, which can be hard.
❤️Unbound: Rating = 7.5. For some reason this seemed hard today.
❤️Foundation Day 3: Rating = 8.0. Quick and easy but my ankle hurt on the high knees.
❤️Foundation Day 4: Rating = 8.0. Not my favorite but it went by fast.

Notes: Work was crazy in a weird way. It was warm outside so I blew off step aerobics for a couple of extra miles. I did not start a new book because tonight was the beginning of the NCAA Tournament. Both games were interesting.

Notes: Day 2 of Round 2of the the NCAA Tournament. I basically watched college basketball and read my book. I need to get back to Unbound.

❤️Unbound: Rating = 8.0. This was ok. Minor balance issues.

Notes: More basketball and I ate too much.

❤️Unbound: Some nice Yoga poses and some challenging ones.

❤️Foundation Day 6: Rating = 9.0. I think I need more Core work in my life.

Notes: Back to work but I finished my book in the evening. YAY!❤️
