This March marks my one-year anniversary with Darebee.com. I actually discovered the site a few years ago, but I didn't really start using it consistently until last year. It’s been a year of staying active—and while I didn't work out every single day, I managed to get in three or four sessions almost every week.

My goal was to build muscle throughout my entire body, which is why I focused mainly on bodyweight exercises and calisthenics. Lately, I’ve started incorporating free weights as well. The best part is that after a full year, I can actually see the changes in my body: more muscle and less fat.

I’m not quite where I want to be yet, but my "small challenges" keep me going. I’m on my way, and I don't feel pressured to reach a specific finish line because I see this as a lifelong journey. I want to stay active for the rest of my life. It feels good every single time; it keeps me moving and I love seeing the progress. The endless variety of workouts and programs helps a lot, too. I get to try new things and move my body in different ways, choosing whatever fits my mood or feels right in the moment.

Another big part of this year was "Built to Last." It came at exactly the right time, organizing things I already knew along with new information and data into a solid, structured framework. Thank you, David, for this awesome piece of work!

I'm so happy to be here and take part in the different activities. I wish everyone success and joy on your own journeys!

Lastly, I don't have enough words to thank the Darebee team. I truly believe this is one of the best initiatives for society today. Whenever I meet someone and we talk about sports or fitness, I always recommend this beautiful project. Thank you to the team and my fellow fitness enthusiasts for being here!!!
