Movers were ... not the best we've met though all the family's moves, and some nice older furniture has been damaged, but heck, that's moves sometimes.... Parents still slept at my place last night, they were way too tired to go buy groceries and prepare their beds. at least I can help them this way.

EoD (cossaq squats), Dat 27 of Lower body and core challenge, and ... Yup, I caved in, and started the Labyrinth, yay!

In case of spoilers, I will use the spoil tags on my "role playing text", LOL.

And in the opening chamber of that labyrinth stood a warrrior. Petite, but with the balance and poise of a well-seasoned yogi, and scars showing she had been battle-tempered. As the room shook, she fluidly cushioned the tremors, and turned to her left. "By the power of Diana Luna, the mighty huntress, and Seshat, the Lady of the Nile, may this place be cleansed." With those words, a door with a carved 6 opened, and she strode in.

EoD (archers), Day 27 of Lower body and core challenge, and D2 of Labyrinth

As the alchemist entered the room, her footsteps started reasonating strangely, to the point where she had to cover her ears... But the vibrations in her feet suggested a solution. She started moving in rythm with the room's pulsating echoes, and little by little, they unified ... into a final sound absorbed by her last rythmic footsteps.
Door opened, and she moved to the right, through the door marked with a 7.

@GentleOx , indeed I am having some fun writing those shorts and using my English in a different way. Thank you for the compliment ;)

I saw my friend V (the one who had the heart transplant) yesterday, it was great seeing that she has put on some muscles again, her pulmonary hypertension seems in good control, so this was a good check-up for her.

EoD (balance leg swings), Day 29 of Lower body and core challenge, and D3 of Labyrinth.
The following room was hot. Very hot. From the fire, the alchemist saw a hellhound rise, dark smoke swirling out of his red, angry mouth. The two opponents circled each other cautiously, the alchemist whispering some words to the Lady of the Nile. Blue light emitted from her hands, and coalesced into a water stream. The hound growled as he saw his opposed element, and step by step the alchemist made it retreat to the fire it was born from. A heavy swing of the chains around the brasier, a strong stream of water, and the hellhound and hellfire disappeared. Now, she could continue ownwards, toward room 8.

Bloodwork showed a strong decrease of the cancer antigene, so that's a very good precusor before next week's test and appointment. We'll beat Cthuluh into submission, I say!!!

Yesterday EoD, day 30 of Lower body and core challenge, and Labyrinth.
This morning EoD (sit-up punches), 40 punches for the cancer challenge ;), and Labyrinth.

Next room was a beautiful shrine. The alchemist bowed to the guardian sculpted in the wall, and whispered "May Diana Luna and Lady Seshat bless you for watching over this place". She focused on the flamme's challenge, and the stairs opened.

The alchemist shivered as the threads clung to her, and let a slow curse when the Shadow Spider made its presence none. "No way I am spider food, you nasty thing!" she growled. She joined her hands "Diana Luna, mistress of the Hunt and lady of the Moon, lend me your light". A bluish, gentle light emanated from the alchemist's hands, shping into longer blade form, which cut through the nasty webs, and the alchemist hurried out of the room.

Thank you @Mamatigerj , @graoumia , @GentleOx and @Anek . We'll see the complee picture Friday, but that's encouraging.

This morning EoD (high knees), different balance poses, and Labyrinth.

As soon as she entered the room, the alchemist felt the weight of the Eye watching her. She sat down , legs folded before her in a careful fashion, and started to hum. Her own eyes closed, and with both hands gently on her legs, thumbs and forefiungers formed two small circles as the hum was slow and steady, following her breath, longer and deeper. When it was enough for the watchful Eye, she rose again in a smooth movement, and continued.

Thank you @CODawn , @graoumia , @NightTigress , @HellYeah , @Fremen , @Gurg (thank you for the pic, excellent! Mademoiselle Luna appreciated being featured), @Mamatigerj and @Anek!

I had the TEPscan this morning , results pending Friday, and then with my parents we went to an italian restaurant in my (our) neighborhood I didn't know _ very good surprise, it was really good cuisine. And now rest. I call that a good day!

This morning EoD (raised legs hold), different balance poses, and Labyrinth.

The tunnel was full of soot and ashes, and the alchemist progressed slowly, too slowly - until progress was not possible anymore. She sighed, and backed down by two rools to continue her path.

Thank you @Niki , @astro_lizard and @CODawn ! It was a fine day.

This morning EoD (jumping jacks), different balance poses, and Labyrinth.

The mirror reflected the alchemist, quite interested by this new challenge. The breaking of the rythm, but it came, little by little, until she could walk forward to the new room.

This morning EoD (plank walk-outs), different balance poses, and Labyrinth.

The opened door led to a stairway up. The wind made for a difficult climb, harder by each step up. The alchemist had to brace more and more, but patiently, firmly, she reached the top of the stairs.

So, yay, the treatment is working pretty good! We continue the treatment for the next three months and then new check.

Detailed results, if you want. The breast tumor diminished, the lymph node behind the breast and the sternum metastasis are clean, the arm lymph node diminished, the lumbar metastasis diminished and shows good signs of reconstruction of the bone. Thank you, abemaciclib (oral anticancer drug)!)

I will celebrate by going with one of my best friends in a park to sleep in a lodge amidst the wolves, and then we'll have an afternoon of learning about these wolves, who are also cinema actors (so won't be traumatized by your friendly wolvish pharmacist visiting them, LOL). In 3 weeks. I can't wait!

Yesterday and this morning EoDs (side planks today), balance asanas, and contiuning through the labyrinth.

Next room has a strange setting of bells and music. The alchemist enjoyed the music, and punched the bells as appropriate to imitate it. A last arhooooo to close the concert (this alchemist does have a wolfish side uner the right lighning, strange...), and the doors opened.
She entered the sand room carefully. Water was definitly more her element, but she'd have to do with sand. Indeed, she morphed into a wolf - having more stability with four legs in this setting, and carefully proceded to the central plate, where she took bak her human form, and the sands stabilised. Onwards to the next room!

Thank you @graoumia , @Anek and all those who clicked on my message, this forum is quite an encouragement!

This morning EoD (back leg raises), balance asanas, and progressing in the Labyrinth.

The next room offered a strange choice. The alchemist frowned - a seemingly either path and preservation of energy, or may that path be dangerous ? She sat down and prayed softly to the goddess of the hunt, "Luna Diana, beloved lady, show me the path forward to continue my growth". A silver doe formed before her, and the alchemist smiled as the doe hoofed lightly toward the pulsating vein of energy. She rose, and walked forward.

Yesterday and today EoD , balance asanas (crazy how my balance can improve when I do it regularly...), and continuing in the Labyrinth.

Grins to @GentleOx , there are things of updating the size of the pics, but I will try my best!

The alchemist blinked in surprise at the wonderful garden. "Seshat, this could be yourr garden...Thank you for this pause in our toils, and bless those who come rest by your waters, Lady of the Nile". She took a good wash and rest, becore continuing onwards.

Aaaah, another room with sound - here, singing stones. She focused, and jumped on the stones as required, strength and agility used to their best to conquer this room. Now, this was interesting... One of the exits clearly demanded a key, while another opened to continue the adventure. So, this was the next task - find thekey, come back, and see the final room.

Indeed there is a little something not to spoil in the labyrinth ,) Onwards, bees, wolves, oxes, foxes, rabbits , lizards, dragons, bears and all creatures of the Hive!

This morning EoD (shoulder taps), balance asanas, and Labyrinth...
The alchemist watched the throne carefully as she entered the room. There were whispers in her ears "rightful place... crown.... sit..." That was maybe too easy. "Rest a bit. Deserve... Worth.." she winced. "Guide other people.. Heal them.... Punish the wicked..." Nope. Those may seem like lofty goals, as an alchemist healing was one of her priorities... But something did not sound right, it was way too seductive. She stepped away and continued, leaving the dark throne alone and empty.

Thank you @CODawn , hugs.

Days passed by swiftly! Parents are back in Bretagne, and I saw different friends.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday and this morning EoD, balance asanas, and progressed through the labyrinth. NB : today I had a lot of coubling back to do, so mega - heel-to-butt-march session, LOL.

The alchemist continued through a room with a thousant eyes , following the indicated path, and stopping to greet a Mother-Tigress who was also walking that daedalus.
Next room bursted with flames, and her progress was very careful to avoid getting singed. She decided to turn, and the next room was as oppressive, as she had to turn in her wolf form and crawl, until her paws touches a strange disc hidden... In excitement, she turned back into her human form, and grabbed the disc - thank you opposable thumbs... No, the key!She grinned and whispered a prayer of thanks to Seshat and Diana before doubling back to the key room.

Indeed, @Mamatigerj !

This morning EoD (bridges), asanas, and Finished the Labyrinth! Guess this aien't any secret, LOL

The alchemist followed her track back to the room with the key. As the door opened, pale yellow light came from the doorframe and progressively increased, flooding the room With a large smile, the alchemist tilted her head back and let a mighty howl emerge from her throat, then she gleeflully jumped into the light portal

Today did the Eod - turning kicks, which also go to giving Cthulhu a good beating , balance exercises, and for exercise, decided to pick some cardio:

In honor of my daily nap in early afternoon, LOL

1 year and 167 consecutive days of exercise (one year 150 days on 02/09).

I am trying one of those we-send-you-recipes-and-main-groceries website to motivate myself to eat well. I noticed a tad too late I am veering toward vegetarian recipes - no issues on that normally, but the dietetician I saw at the hospital insisted I get "regular" (read meat or fish) proteins once a day to have enough proteins overall to fight Cthulhu. (I am also supposed to get three dairies a day for the bones, but that one is easy) May be adjustable in the evening.
So, for lunch cooking myself some dal with rice and chards - a veggie I don't usually cook so that'll be interesting. I'll keep you updated!

Thank you @SexyMan , nutrition is sometimes not easy!

So, I continued doing EoD, balance asanas, and either WoD orsearching for some medium level workout.
This morning did EoD (prone referse flies), asanas, and the WoD

A nice one.

Plus 50 punches against cancer.

1 year and 173 consecutive days of exercise (one year 150 days on 02/09).

The cooking experiment continued. The Dal was a success - and cooking the chard was a good lesson.
Second dish was a veggies crumble, the crumble part made using buckwheat flour instead of classic flour ; delicious!
Third was was meatballs with various veggies and a parsley-based sauce, OK but not worth redoing, that one.
Last was was chickpeas roasted with cumin and different veggies + a coriander and lemon based salsa that was just perfect to season the place. Another success!

A very good side effect of these dishes is that I think I ate more varied veggies than usual, and that was fairly healthy. We'll keep up the cooking, LOL!

(A certain mademoiselle Luna stole one of the meatballs, and, more surprisingly, chickpeas!)
