@graoumia I’m not really sure about the effect of the Knee Saver Workout. It does build some strength, but actually I’d look into other exercises as well. This one has some different moves, the knee extensions in there are pretty effective. The knee is a complicated joint and knee trouble is highly personalised. Rule of the thumb is to strengthen everything around what smarts or hurts to alleviate stress and pain. With my knees the weak point is always in the lateral stuff (my joints are pretty hypermobile), so I focus on balance and lateral strength. The Knee Saver Workout is a nice, short workout. If it fits into your daily routine, just give it a try.
