@TopNotch The knees are a bit wonky due to hypermobility and 60 years of general wear and tear. The knee saver exercises do help to keep everything around the knees in shape, but I’m a bit careful at this moment with running and such. As soon as the weather gets less cold I’m picking up the running again. The 3 minute HIIT challenge is going well and being able to do jumping jacks is a good indication for running without problems. So yeah, I can recommend the knee saver workout.

Somewhere in March 6 years of continuous exercise is also coming up. That was not what I had in mind 6 years ago. I was just thinking that I should do at least something when cooped up by Covid. And now I have a habit I can’t get rid off.
