advice on workout training

hi everyone, i am trying to be a better me. I am 25 years old and currently 1m78 tall and weigh 57kg. i want to do calisthenics to get in shaped. any workout programm recommended?
i also love playing soccer. any workout programm for baller, too?

If you are not yet at the training level of these programs you can adapt them or start from other strength programs :)
