Hey guys,

this is the Amazon Workout Plan for 14 days, already planned with 13 different workouts for cardio, strength and stretching time of rest-days. I already did one time through and it has been so much fun.
Combined with the exercise of the day and a warm-up (e.g. foundation light), this plan will bring you a full workout for about 20-30 minutes a day.

Here is the plan for 14 days:

Day 1) Sorrengail - strength
Day 2) Flexible today - rest day
Day 3) Libra - cardio
Day 4) Top to Bottom - rest day
Day 5) Ab Maintenance - strength
Day 6) Far Point - rest day - be careful with his one, only go as far as you can get, try an inch more the second time through. This workout will come again every week so you can measure your own progress!
Day 7) AVA - combat
Day 8) Body Basic - strength
Day 9) Daily Mobility - rest day
Day 10) Firebird - cardio
Day 11) Superhero Stretch - rest day
Day 12) Scorpio - strength
Day 13) Far Point - rest day - be careful with his one, only go as far as you can get, try an inch more the second time through. This workout will come again every week so you can measure your own progress!
Day 14) Rumi - combat

After that, you can start over or move on to a different workout plan.

Hey guys,
I plan to host the amazon workout plan for me and some people I know, so I need to prepare everything for me and them (maybe I can bring them to join this community too?!), to link every program and so on.
If some of you want to join: I will start on February 1st, planned 13 different workouts for 14 days, after that it will start over. The workouts will all be full body, no equipment needed, difficulty "normal" and if possible with no jumping exercises. On rest days I planned stretching exercises.)

I want to congratulate you on the choices of workouts in this training plan.
Having already planned other workouts, i can't join you, but i'm sure you'll get great results!

I am not a huge fan of them either

Done in Lvl 3, with EC, i need to push myself more. Thanks for this choice it was great

Today we have another "rest day"

Day 4
Top to Bottom - stretching

I love stretching! Once I was able to do the splits and my goal is it to learn that again, so these stretching programs are so important!

I loved it, it looks what i do (too rarely) when i want to strech. Thanks for this nice choice

Today our abs are going to be grilled :devil:

Day 5
Ab Maintenance
There's no information about sets, I think it's just one but you get EC when doing 10 instead of 5 leg raises.

Let's grill those abs!

Edit: okay I made it through foundation light day 5, 1 set of Ab Maintenance with 10 leg raises and the DD in-between (30 instead of 20 high crunches). :onfire:

Ooops, I missed to post yesterdays training:

Day 8
Easy Mode strength

Edit: I made it through AVA and Easy mode yesterday, b/c on Saturday I was out dancing with my girls and was not able to do my trainings programm on that day. So I did these two days in one go: foundation light day 7+8 plus the two DDs and then AVA and Easy Mode. That was a lot for me, I wasn't able to do many sets of every workout, but I did something and that's what's matters.


And today we've got some stretching again:

Day 9
Daily Mobility stretching

Thank you Graoumia, I had a blast :hophop: dancing for 3 hours is a great workout! And Good job on yours, too!

After out little stretching break we get back to cardio:

Day 10
Firebird

Edit: Today was a good day: Foundation light day 10 on level 3 (!), DD and Level 1 for Firebird :) feels good!

Hi. I'm not good at journaling, i am still there and following, but i noticed it i put it in my journal i forget to post here. I will try to do better

Thank you Graoumia for keeping up, great job!
I needed to take a break, but we made it through 14 days of the Amazon Plan!
I will work on the listing of trainings and start that plan again, maybe in March.
