Once the challenge is over, which I will end up out of sheer obstinacy, I will add some Hindu Squats and Hindu Push-Ups - (instructional video) to the gym days which interest me as mobility and resistance exercises :)

No one warned me that today was pro day at the gym (just kidding) but I arrived at the gym and it was overrun by handsome young men with toned and agile physiques of all sizes (practically identical) apart from the build from 190cm to 170cm :confused:
I was about to go home :p
However, in the end I did my usual decent training :LOL:

Training in cold weather is not fun and you always have to be careful but the good thing is that if I persist my body is getting used to hindu squats and hindu push-ups every day :)

I start to slow down the workout a bit and try to make it as easy and fast as possible, the new routine will include alternating hindu squats and push-ups without breaks:
17 Push-Ups
50 Hindu Squats
17 Push-Ups
50 Hindu Squats
17 Push-Ups
the whole thing takes 15 minutes, more than feasible in any situation :)
I think this year as an ornament for the tree I will choose: Mango > 300 push-ups :LOL:
