Looking for the best and sexy that there is, is there a workout for a 50% male 50% female biological look haven’t started working out yet. I don’t mean anything that’s like gender neutral idk if 50/50 is possible but the closest yeah, literally a perfect split of 50% male 50% female. Either here or somewhere else or do u know someone I could ask to help me achieve that for free.

Hi!
Unfortunately I am a bit unsure about what you mean. Humans have a very diverse range of shape, constitution, fat and muscle %s.
Is there a specific goal you are looking for? Something like having a wider back, firmer pecs, bigger glutes, bigger fat% but also muscles, very low fat % but moderate muscle %, etc.
Those things could pin point towards specific workouts or advice. Otherwise I don't think (anyone correct me if I am wrong) we could help you much.

Agreed with @LiteraryMatcha in that androgyne can look different. There's no one type of androgyne. (I once saw an amusing post online that separated "elf androgyne," "dwarf androgyne," and "goblin androgyne," lol.) So knowing what you want to look like can help. Though some of it, you won't be able to do much with (like height and extreme physical changes.)

You can't really loose weight in just specific areas, though you can choose to bulk up selectively. Make-up and attire does a LOT of heavy lifting too. To semi-quote a small older youtube video, you can almost shapeshift with makeup. A lot of times it's easier to add elements of one gender onto your AGAB. (So if you were AMAB, you'd add in feminine elements for example.)

Just keep in mind that this all deals with gender expression and that's going to end up being a mix of stereotypes (based on your culture) and what you personally think of genders in a stereotypical way. So honestly, a better bit of advice would be to think about what specifically you want to look like and then how to get to that point.

What kind of workout you have to do also depends on what your body looks like currently. If it has been influenced by estrogen during puberty, you might have wider hips and more body fat in your lower half. Then you could focus on building muscle volume in your upper body for more "masculine" looks. The other way round - making a male build look more feminine with exercise - is more difficult to achieve I believe. Here you could profit from the knowledge of trans women and drag artists.
