I would love to see a balance challenge along the lines of Multiplank or 100 where the challenge every day is just to hold the balance for a short amount of time. Say one minute. But it's a different balance challenge each day. This could be a mix of standing balances, arm balances, and arm & leg balances. There are so many fun and challenging balance poses to choose from!
