Looking for a workout that i can add on to my son's martial art training to help his balance. I am planning on the core control challenge with him to help but other than core and abs is there any other workouts that can help?
I also agree that the core challenge would definitely help. The stronger those muscles, the better it can hold the position. Also, don't underestimate the power of seeing with balance. If you're able to, it may help to put a small post-it note or something on the wall to focus on. Focusing your vision on one spot can help with balance.
Thanks so much.. Now to figure out how to help him with learning the proper way to do a push-up.. (I have never been able to do a push-up) he seems to think its his lower body instead of arms that need to go down.
