Hi! I love this idea, but I do not fully grasp the concept of scoring the exercises. I would like to log my dead hangs from today, but I don't now how many points that would be :panic:.

Would any kind soul give a suggestion so I can score them myself next times? Thanks :sweat:.
I did this:
Dead Hang Challenge (day 6, so... 30 seconds dead hang in one go), EC: another set of 30 seconds in one go after 30 seconds of rest from the 1st. 2 sets in total.

Grip training, EC: did the 3 sets of 20 seconds dead hangs.

Fairly new to dead hangs and bar exercises in general.

Difficulty I would say was medium to hard (by the last 2 sets it was basically to failure).

I did this:

Let's say 1 rep is 5 sec. So you did 6 reps with a 30sec dead hang. So your max is somewhere between 6-13 reps. ==> Rank B exercise.

So for every 5seconds you hang you can score 3points:

For today:
Dead HangCh: 2 times 6 reps = 36pts
GripT: 2 times 4 reps = 24pts
In total 60pts
