I am 37 years old, 162 cm, 82 kg female.
I'm about to start losing weight for a healthy birth.

My plan:
1. Meals
1)Morning: soy milk + chickpea shake,
coffee without sugar, almonds
2)Lunch: Half a bowl of rice, protein and vegetables (lightly eaten)
3)Dinner: 1 plate of meat, half a bowl of rice, vegetables (eat well)

2. Exercise
50 minutes of daily exercise (lactic acid + muscle exercise)

3. intermittent fasting.
Keep fasting for 12 hours (9 to 9 o'clock)

4. Don't eat trans fat snacks.
