Hey,guys
I'm 27 years old men,I never did any exercises before,But now I want to start.
Because I lay down all day or sit,and I feel pain in my hips and back and also in joints when I don't move them for a while.
I'm a beginner, please recommend me videos or pdf
Where should I start, Guide me, Everyone.

Welcome!

Try the foundation light Programm. It will help you over 30 Days with very soft daily workouts. After that you could switch to the normal foundation programm, or a different one that suits you better.

But First of all: get used to do something everyday. Find a routine. And then you can switch to higher levels or harder workouts.
