Hi all

New here today.

Male 56. 85 KG's.

I don't want a six-pack. I do want to lose my belly fat and tone up my flappy chest. I don't want to go to the gym. I have maximum 15 minutes morning and evening to do exercises at home with no gym equipment. Can you please suggest a beginner plan to follow.

Thanks

try "10 General Fitness" and "Epic 5 General Fitness" programs = 15minutes. Compliment it with an intermittent fasting if you can.

"New Bee getting fit"
There are several interesting Darebee Guides you may want to read:
How To Start With Exercise If You’re Overweight
How to lose weight
How to build muscle
Losing Weight / Losing Fat
How to Get Rid of the Belly
The first program that comes to mind that is timed is TEN which takes just 10 minutes.
Another approach would be to do the basic Darebee Fondation program, set a timer and do as many sets as you can in that time and that's it.
will check this out didnt know about it thanks for this!
