Are there any bench press workouts I may have missed? I want to get to 250lb bench press but I'm currently at around 130lbs. If there are no workouts for this, does anyone have advice how to build strength to reach my goal? I can't do many squats due to my knees being nearly ruined from years of long distance running. But I do have a bench. Right now Im able to do 6 sets of 15 reps with 20lb dumbbells on hammer curls and bicep curls for reference. I'm not a big guy but I have a foundation. So if anyone has advice or tips please share them.
