I had a beautiful snowy getaway weekend with my friends. Lots of walking in the snow, snow-fights, and ice skating complemented also with good :foodie::drink:
But, walkabout challenge D19 was :v: with 14660 steps.

This weekend I was on a family trip to Dublin. It was really beautiful, the weather, and the people and town. And the beer :)

I did all programs for now on lvl3, so I did not write it down, but I think that the next level programs will be harder and maybe not always doable on lvl3, so I will start to write the levels in the table.
I am considering 30 or 60 days of cardio. Did not decide yet :)

It was too late yesterday when I started my workout. I did not even want it, but I wanted to finish Foundation finally. And then I remembered: you just got to show up.
So I did D29. Then DD. I did not want to skip DailyDips. But Arcade also.. So I managed more than initially planed :D

Finally the Foundation is over. It is very well rounded and complete program for the beginning. It makes possible for you to show up, it is not overwhelming, but it tackles everything.
Today I will start with 60 days of cardio. I need to drop some 10 kg, so I need to make my heart go faster. But not to fast :LOL:

I started 60 days of cardio. I do not like cardio. I mean, it is a no-brainer, and it is always hard. But I can do it :)

I had to make some changes and quit some challenges.
Cardio is demanding, and beside my daily job, house chores and two dogs, I have to compromise a little. And I do not want to compromise with yoga because I really need it. I feel it in my joints and muscles, I feel its benefits and I see its benefits.
So, program plus arcade and dailydips is enough. And a little yoga afterwards :)

My son celebrated his birthday this weekend, so it was basically cooking and cleaning, and cooking and cleaning. Together with eating and drinking :) So yesterday I managed only a nice walk, challenges and yoga. Cardio was on hold.

That's been happening to me a lot lately. All 5 of my programs are arms one day and the next they'll be be the same style cardio. 🤦‍♀️
I don't know how I keep "lucking out", like you. 🤣
