Even daily steps were close to nothing... 4376 :(
Today is a new day :)
You still did something and that is FAR BETTER than nothing. Bravo for still stepping up.

60 days of cardio is finally behind me. It wasn't easy but it was doable. I am proud that I did it all on lvl3 even though there were days when I thought, I will just to lvl1, or lvl2, it is fine for today. And then I thought, well... suck it up (we have a more vivid expression in Croatian) but... :move:
Now... I think that 30 days of change is a good choice, and I will add "50 push ups in one go" challenge.

There is a specific wall sit challenge if you want, but it's not an easy/light challenge:bored: I was eyeing it too, hoping it wouldn't leave me limping after just a couple of days:softz:
