I managed to hold a plank for full two minutes. And side plank, every side one minute. :twirl:
Note to self: buy a mat that is little thicker than yoga mat.

Due to minor medical intervention, I rested on Friday, but Saturday and Sunday were amazing! Beautiful sunny days and 2 hiking trips.

I am so impressed about your plank hold. I can barely make 30 seconds without wishing the earth would swallow me up. 🤣 Bravo!! :clapclap:

So, bummer, it seems that I have epigastric hernia :(
I have to modify my workout plan drastically, and rely more on walking.

So, I decided that I will not lay down and die :)
I will take it easy on the abs and for now will follow modified Recomp plan, without core workouts, and combining hiit, cardio and combat.
It is substantially modified, but... :twirl:

That fucking sucks, I am so sorry. I hope you get treatment so the symptoms ameliorate and you can go back to exercising how you want.
But also, this means you can explore/do LIIT and any other Low Impact forms of exercise, and take it easier too.

I planned to do Soma40 after the holidays, but as it turns out, I am not going anywhere. Husband fell of the bike and smashed his knee :/
So, I might as well start. I did not finish 30 days of change due to hernia issues, and also did not want to start it again right now.
I will do it someday..
