hi there, i'm Inky! i'm pretty bad at building and maintaining habits so i thought i'd try a check-in thread to see if that helps any. i've been using DAREBEE for quite some time now on and off and i'm about to restart my fitness journey for the millionth time lol from level 1 + difficulty 0.5 - 1 so i don't burnout. i benefit from checklists so here's my daily "template":

my goal is simply to hit one of these a day so i have no excuses to quit :cool: but of course managing them all would be ideal!

bonus: helped sort some storage out so i went up and down a flight of stairs several times carrying bags and boxes. didn't get time for my planned workout (or todays Haunted Hive reps) but hey, exercise is exercise!

bonus: i didn't count or time but i did 3 sets of march steps because i still wanted to move more before the cooldown
