"Doing Daily Exercise + Daily Workout"
Some may remember my previous Check-In thread. Had to take a break due to a nasty cold from which i am still recovering. I do now feel good enough to start exercising again.
I decided to abandon 90 Days of Action for the moment and switch to the daily exercise and daily workout instead.

My streak also reset, so i begin with Day 1 again.

Day 1

Exercise of the Day:

30 Reverse Lunges, did them five each side alternating without a break until i got to the 30.

Workout of the Day 03/07:
Keeping it light, so i only did three sets of the Chapter 1 Workout. Considering how my breathing sounded it was a good decision. Hope i'll get back to the usual seven sets soon-ish.

Only did three sets yesterday and still woke up with sore muscles. Only took a break of a few days and already out of shape. Not exactly happy about that.

Day 2

Exercise of the Day:

30 Crunch Kicks, at least this one felt pretty easy.

Workout of the Day 03/07:
Not as easy. Did three sets. Keeping it light for now.

Must have been those Reverse Lunges on Saturday, My glutes are still a bit sore.

Day 3

Exercise of the Day:

40 Reverse Angels, especially felt the last 10.

Workout of the Day 03/07:
Still taking it a bit light, could have maybe gone a bit further, but felt a small twinge in my back in the third set telling me i should end it there.

I do agree on the booty shaping part, but my booty/glutes muscles still were unhappy about that :D.

Day 4

Exercise of the Day:

50 Back Leg Raises, did them without a break, first 10each side till i reached forty, then 5 each side.

Workout of the Day 03/07:
This is categorized as light level difficulty? Doesn't feel like it. Tried my hand at extra credit by only doing 1 minute breaks between sets. Had to stop after the third set as it became actually painful.

Busy but productive day.

Day 5

Exercise of the Day:

30 Balance Front Kicks, did 15 each side. Rather easy.

Workout of the Day 03/07:
Again going for the legs and my breathing still doesn't sound great. Will do something about that starting tomorrow.

Cardio related stuff shows me i'm still recovering from that stupid cold.

Day 6

Exercise of the Day:

20 Plank Rotations, not that much of a problem on its own.

Workout of the Day 03/07:
Again only three sets, hope my lung gets rid of all that cold related junk soon so i can breathe normally again.

Rather light workout today. Bit Off Topic, but i tried my hand at making a cheesecake in my rice cooker. Turned out pretty good, but almost caused a mess. A bit too much dough, underestimated how fluffy it gets despite not using yeast or baking soda. Was already trying to push up the lid of the pot.

Day 7

Exercise of the Day:

60 seconds of shoulder taps. Not much of an issue. Done without problems.

Workout of the Day:

Stretching workout, missed one of those a bit. Felt good. Only did the 30 seconds, not the extra credits of a full minute.

Another light workout today. Again, not complaining. Helps me getting back into the game.

Day 8

Exercise of the Day:

60 seconds of tree pose hold. Not much of an issue, although the last few seconds were a bit wobbly.

Workout of the Day 07/07:

Definitely fitting the light category. Did all seven sets today, with extra credit, meaning 60 second breaks. Used my metronome app for the count holds to make it reliably 20 seconds.

Rainy/wet day, but quiet and relaxing otherwise.

Day 9

Exercise of the Day:

60 seconds side elbow plank hold, done on both sides, the last 5 seconds were hard.

Workout of the Day:
I like stretching. Going far enough for some discomfort but not pain.

Oops, almost forgot to write my daily check-in

Day 10

Exercise of the Day:

30 Climber taps, getting better at executing those.

Workout of the Day 07/07:
The first cardio workout where i did all seven sets since my cold. Clear sign i'm getting better. Feels good.

Day 11

Exercise of the Day:

30 Calf Raises, pretty easy.

Workout of the Day:
Another deceptive workout that looks easier than it is. Did the extra credit and did all five minutes without a break. I used the video and followed the movements for a steady rhythm. Have to admit, towards the end i began to struggle.

I know i'm late, but i was very busy yesterday and after the workout i was tired and exhausted and forgot to write the check-in.

Day 12:

Exercise of the Day:

60 seconds Superman stretch hold. Not much of a problem.

Workout of the Day 03/07:
Definitely worth being categorized as hard. And my first time with pushups in a very long time. Made them easier by using my knees on the ground. Not able to to proper pushups yet.
Only three sets this time.

Day 13:

Exercise of the Day:

50 Arm Scissors, Easy peasy.

Workout of the Day 07/07:
Did the Cheeky Monkey workout with extra credit (60 sec break) and was able to do all seven sets. Got a bit sweaty but feels good to do full cardio workouts again. I know i said that already, but as i was able to repeat that means it wasn't a fluke.

Am a bit sore from the Amazon workout, really went for my shoulders.

Day 14:

Exercise of the Day:

50 Back Fists, 25 each side. Easily done, even with the sore muscles.

Workout of the Day:
One Minute Plank, not much of a problem, although the last few seconds my shoulders were starting to complain, which is why i decided not to go for the extra credit.
Don't want to ruin the regeneration.

Day 17:

Exercise of the Day:

40 Balance Leg Swings, counted one time forward and backward as one rep.

Workout of the Day 07/07:
The Do Over, cardio that looks easy, but isn't with extra credit. Did it with extra credit, but i got surprisingly sweaty.

Day 18:

Exercise of the Day:

20 Arm Plank Raises. Simple enough.

Workout of the Day 07/07:
Slowpoke Workout
How is this Difficulty Light? Feels like my arms are falling off and i wasn't even able to do it with extra credit. Barely did it with 2 minute breaks.
Really barely.

I know, late again with the post, but very busy day and managed to hurt my knee a bit. Not much, but enough to be a constant annoyance.

Day 19:

Exercise of the Day:

20 Sumo Squats, managed to do it despite the knee issue.

Workout of the Day 03/07:
Origin Story
Only three sets. Not only due to the knee issue, but my shoulders were still sore and were screaming at me at the end of set 3. Doesn't help it was Difficulty Hard.

Day 21:

Exercise of the Day:

20 Crunch Kicks, suitable warmup for the workout

Workout of the Day 03/05:
Iron Core Workout
Due to soreness i only did three sets. May have been able to do more if i had pushed myself, but used caution in favor of regeneration.

Day 22:

Exercise of the Day:

30 Knee-to-elbow. Not much to say, done enough of those already that this was easy.

Workout of the Day:
Rest&Rec
Exactly what i was hoping for a light stretch workout to regenerate. And i have to admit, it was fun to do it. Although it took a moment to understand the butterfly stretch.

Saw the first snowflakes come down this season. Immediately melted on the ground, but still. Rare is somewhat rare around these parts. Like it when it happens.

Day 23

Exercise of the Day:

10 Balance Side Lunges, first time doing those, not exactly gracefully or well done, but done.

Workout of the Day 05/05:

Core Armor Workout
That was quite fun. I do enjoy a core workout.

Day 24

Exercise of the Day:

20 V-Extensions, done those for the first time. Easy exercise, well easy to execute but you feel quickly how demanding it can be. Still, all done.

Workout of the Day 05/05:
My Own Hero
An interesting mixed workout with an emphasis on Cardio.
No extra credit, but done all sets.

Little late, but i was so busy and exhausted i had no motivation to write the check-in yesterday. Did the workout though.

Day 26

Exercise of the Day:

30 Reverse Prone Fly, began to feel it towards the end.

Workout of the Day 03/07:
Hero's Call Workout
Exhaustion and a disgruntled knee led to only three sets. Better than nothing though.

Day 29

Exercise of the Day:

4+ Plank Walk-outs, i did 5 due to:

Workout of the Day 07/07:
BattleBorn Workout
Managed to do all seven sets with the minimum of lunge jumps and push-ups. I did substitute the push-ups with wall push-ups as i can't do proper push-ups yet. I do have plans about that though, starting monday. Still, did all other exercises and even all seven sets. Did get rather sweaty though, so there's a shower in the very near future.

Today is a Badge day. 30 Day Streak, again. November already over? Felt kinda short.

Day 30

Exercise of the Day:

40 Knee Strikes, did them 10 each side and repeat without break.

Workout of the Day:
Ah yes, Yoga exercises that look easier than they turn out to be. The difficulty rating is adequate. My legs and hips can attest to that.
