I have 6 programs and 14 challenges going at once. Thankfully, I work at home so I'm able to do a 'day' from each throughout my whole day & night. Some days I get through all of them, some days I don't have time, so I pick and choose what will work between them all. Some days I am feeling full pep and will do 2 'days' of a particular program or challenge on the same day. That's the great thing about DAREBEE - the world is your oyster when it comes to doing what works for you and whatever format or timeframe works for you. There is no right or wrong. You get to choose what will work best for you.

How do combine 2 plans. Do you do both at the same time? Or do you alternate between the 2 and extend the 30 days to 60 days?

combine this program (Total ab workout)with 30 Days of HIIT Advanced.
There is no right and wrong, but the designation "addon" means that you add this program on top on any other, usually one that is short, like hiit. So it is meant to be tackled on the same day.
