Monday:
wit 12 kg dumbells: K-pop Idol Workout
- Run you clever boy, and remember
- Daily dips challenge

Tuesday:
- with 12 kg dumbells: hips and hammes Workout
- Highlander Workout
- Daily dips challenge

Wednesday:
did nothing but
- Daily dips challenge

Today:
- 4 x 12 one arm rows (17 kg dumbell)
- 4 x 6 one arm shoulder presses (17 kg dumbell)
- 4 x 8 upright rows (12 kg dumbells)
- 4 x 12 clapping push ups
- Daily dips challenge + 4 x 10 hammer curls (12 kg dumbells)
- CORE CODE Workout

Hi bees! how are you?

I arrived on friday on my family town and it was a 15 hour bus travel. so I arrived soooo tired and just take a walk

On Sunday I did:
- Shields up at lvl 1 but doubling the push ups and doing in total 16
- Hello abs!

Yesterday I had a soccer match and it was awesome! (and super hard haha)

Today I want to do:
- 4 x 8/10 pull ups
- Hercules Workout

Hi bees! how are you?

Theese days I did not forgot to post, but my keyboard just crashed hahaha...

The main thing here is that all of my WODs where in this structure:
- a strength workout - or If I do nt have so much time something like pull ups + push ups + pistols
- the daily ab workout of the day (post here)
- optional some cardio like kind of high nees drills
- the Daily Dips challenge (now doing 100s)
-Undone strching workout
- if I did't do the optional cardio - 20 min walk with my dog

For example today was:
- MERC workout at lvl 1 ( pull up combo x4 each time)
- Sourvey corps Workout at lvl 1 but doubling the reps
- the Daily Dips challenge (now doing 100s)
-Undone strching workout
- 20 min walk with my dog


so that's it! I wish I could write before but my keyboard....

Yesterday I couldn't train because I helped with my sister's house all day long, I did a lot of construction things, so my shoulders where burned hahah

TODAY:
-Undone strching workout
- 4 x 4 L sit pull ups
- ROGUE workout at lvl 2
- the Daily Dips challenge (100 today)
- 20/30 min walk with my dog (IDK how much time because it was without the cellphone)

Sincerelly, I'm not a person who think in terms of age, like "at 30 I need to be like this or that" but IDK why this time I started my birthday thinking this way, but in agood way!

I want to achieve more things in terms of physical and mental challenges, I want to have a better diet, and this kind of things, and DAREBEE and this beautiful people are my motivation.

I have some messy days with my birthday and my father started with pains so I didn't train so much the last 5 days. But today I'll do some Girl power week workouts :D

Just arrived on Berlin! so, if any of you want to train, I'm in!

Today:
STR:
- 4 x 8 pull ups
- 4 x 12 archer push ups
- 4 x 6/6 pistols

- Cardio Check Workout at lvl 1

-- the Daily Dips challenge (100 today) + 4 x 6 bodyweight bicep curs (with the lower bar of the calistenics park)

Hi bees! how are you today??

Yesterday I did:
- 5km run
-- the Daily Dips challenge (105 today) + 4 x 6 bodyweight bicep curs (with my legs as a weight)

Today:
STR Part:
- 4 x (12 shoulder presses (7.5 kg kettlebells) + 12 swings with the same KB)
- 4 x (12 rows (Same KB) + 12/12 knee extensions)

.. now I am resting cause I have a padel game at 17 (2 hour long game)

Yesterday I went to the gym and did:
- 4 x 5 weighted pull ups (+12kg)
- 4 x 8 shoulder pesses (30kg in total)
- 4 x 10 bodyweight rows
- 4 x 15 push ups
- 4 x 10 cable tricep ext + 6 hammer curls (16kg each hand)

Today I want to do some running but lets see haha...

Hi bees!

Yesterday I dod (I think) a lot! haha:
- 4 x 15/12/10/8 bench press (40 - 50 - 55 - 57.5 kg)
- 4 x 12/10/8/6 cable cross presses
- 4 x 12 lat pulldowns with machine
- 4 x 12 lateral raises

- 450 m swimming (for me was SUPER DIFFICULT)
- Sauna

Today:
- 6 km run
- maybe at night I'll do some streches

Tomorrow will be a fullbody workout :D and then a party so I'll be soo tired haha

The last week I catched a flu and also startet a pain in my back. thankfully the flu is over but the pain in the back is still a little bit here..

IDK what can be, maybe starting to do swimming without any technique, or maybe starting to do more STR and then cardio, or is my flat foot or I really don't know ;(

yesterday I did some movility, plus 5 sets of:
- 8 dips
-5 pull ups
- 8/8 one leg step up

it didn't hurt at all but some movements are like weird...
I'll try to jog a little bit today so I can see how is going

theese days were full of activity and I'm back!!
I started BACK AND CORE program to add some values to my posture, movement and preventing some injuries :D

Soooo:
Yesterday:
- 4 km run
- BACK AND CORE Day 2
- 6 km bike to work
- do some padel because I'm trying to be a adel professor
- 6 km bike home


Today:
- 30 minutes swimming (I think I did something like 700meters, I'm pretty bad at swimming)
- BACK AND CORE Day 3

- BACK AND CORE Day 4 + some excercies at every set:
- with seagulls: 10 KB hallos (8kg KB)
- with plank rolls: 90/90 degrees hip excercice
- with plank leg rises 10/10 one handed shoulder press with 8kg KB
- with side bridges: 20 tibial feel elevation + 10/10 one leg calves rises

Hi bees!
Today I've wanted to do some swimming but when I arrived I noticed that I did not bring the googles hahahah

Sooooo I did some gym:
- 4 x 10 pull ups
- 4 x 8 barbell shoulder presses (30 kg)
- 4 x 10/10 rowing machine (20 kg each hand) + 8 lateral raises with 6kg dumbells
- 4 x 10 pushing machine (30kg each hand) + 6 hammer curls
- 4 x 10 back extension + 8 hanged leg raises

And righ now I did:
- BACK AND CORE Day 5
- 10 minutes football malabars (?
- 20 tibialis raises + 10/10 calves raises
