So I’ve technically been doing Guardian and it just hasn’t been enough for me. I crave a challenge, I crave variety (and also stability lol), and I really really want a way to plan my workouts better. So I made one. Yay. Calling it the Vampire plan bc I’m halfway nocturnal at this point lol. Linked below I have the challenges/programs I’m doing for September, as well as the sections that I will attempt to fill every month.
Vampire Plan:
Mediation Challenge
Yoga Challenge
Lower Body
Core
Upper Body
Cardio
Combat (because it really does have a lot of combat oriented exercises in it)
Flexibility
Stretching: Roll a D20 (I have 20 saved stretches in my bookmarks lol)
And some fun extras that might change month to month and are for me specifically not necessarily anyone else if they use this too:
