Does the workout of the day/exercise interfers with the lastest program shown on the main page?

I would like to do add some extra workout according to the daily routine without overloadoing the body.

Sorry for my english, it's my third languange and i am not good at it

They are not coordinated, while the exercise of the day and the workout of the day are.
If you want to train a little more while keeping the workout of the day and the exercise of the day as a basis, you can add some other workouts of your choice or a challenge for example. :)

Thank you @Fremen for the reply! Do you think is better if I choose a workout that works the same muscle group as the Workout of the Day?
I would have more fun choosing workouts that inspire me and that I like. :)
If you want to continue working the same muscles, @broli 's suggestion is excellent and simple.
