I'm not a dancer, but find a lot of joy in moving my body to music. So, I'm hoping to use it to get in cardio and maybe improve my flexibility. I'm quite overweight and don't have dance skills, so I am definetly looking for beginner dancing options.
-Does anyone have any specific Darebee workouts/plans/programs that would help condition my body to be ready to learn the skills needed to dance?
-Does anyone have any recommendations for YouTube channels or other resources to learn how to dance and get my heart pumping doing it? (NOTE: I'm 230 lbs and have been living a Sedentary Life Style, so the more beginner friendly the better!)
