I found this workout a while back i don't remember where, but it's very old, here is the basics, it be cool to see this as an official program on the site.

Deck of Pain
diamond = Push-ups
club = Squats
heart = Mountain Climbers (per leg)
spade = Burpees

Reps
2–10: face value
J: 11
Q: 12
K: 13
A: 14
Joker
All 4 exercises in order, 20 reps each:
Push-ups ×20
Squats ×20
Mountain Climbers ×20/leg
Burpees ×20

Rules
Shuffle full 54-card deck.
Flip one card at a time.
Do reps immediately.
No rest between cards.
Finish the entire deck.
