Hello Do I also have a way to create my workout myself? I would like to do some exercises every day (push ups, planks, squats...) and would like to have an exercise sheet to print out. I hope you understand what I mean.
Can I find the exercises somewhere? Or are there only complete workouts?

Of course, I could also just write a list, but I would like it to be visually appealing.

Thank you

Hi and welcome to the site! I'm not sure there's a list of exercises, though there is a page for their Video Exercise Library. It doesn't have all of them, though. But the workout section has a lot of different routines so you might be able to find the one that fits best and tailor it. There's also challenges as well which are really nice. I like the programs myself though, since they tend to shift the type of exercise to make it easier to do every day. It makes me curious about what the next day is and that helps motivate me.

If you haven't read it, this page might help with getting started. How to Pick a Program

No, you can't create your own workout by choosing individual exercises.
There are individual workouts, 30- to 90-day programs, and 30-day challenges.
The closest thing to what you would like to do are the Training Plans:
In practice, you create a customized program yourself, but always choosing the individual workouts from the thousands available. :)
Also consider the challenges, there are several that work on the exercises you mentioned.
