Dumbbell weight suggestions for Stacked program

Are there dumbbell weight suggestions for the Stacked program (https://darebee.com/programs/stacked-program.html) anywhere?

There are some comments throughout ("can be done with a barbell", "use lighter dumbbells", "go a little heavier"), and in the pictures it looks like various sizes are used, but I found no general guidelines.

I remember from other programs advice such as "start with weights you can do X of Y exercise with".

It is generally a good idea to start with lighter weights, and gradually progress towards heavier ones.

Weights weight is a very personal thing. Try to find weights you are comfortable with, feels not to light (light weights), after that you can increase by any amount that feels more resistant, feels not to heavy (heavier weights).

That way you’ll be able to gauge your feelings to weight units, and after that increase using weight units numbers.
