Hey folks,

Back after a long respite (and website change, so re-creating account). Had a good streak (120 consecutive days) going into COVID. That and politics put a damper on my mood (starting in April 2020). Still walked 4-6 miles/day but only sporadically (2-4 week streaks). Hoping to have turned the corner mentally -- in September I started an hourly routine: 1 minute of plank, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 squats, and 10 calf raises. I did this 6 to 8 times per day, as a means to prep for re-starting Darebee. I just finished my old go-to (Cardio Trim) in October. Looking forward to staying on the wagon.
